Blaise Aguera y Arcas:  Demos Photosynth

This technology is really new for me, I’ve never know about this kind of technology with the photo before I saw this video. Our technology are much better than it was  just a few years ago. The people are now used to take photo on anything and some of those would end up on the internet.

Seadragon is a cool name to name it and it also collects all the photo on the Internet and connect with photo to photo. Seadragon surprised me, it can discover the photo that can put it side to side currently. The Seadragon can also see the views in 3D. It used the same thing as collect the imagine around the world to make it that way. The bed thing is some people will be in the photo, some doesn’t want it on there.

“You know, I never thought that I’d end up working at Microsoft. It’s very gratifying to have this kind of reception here.” This two sentence makes me laugh, but behind it was some true life story. I believe no one can tell what the life future, but put down the head and work hard for the life. The people who went from poor to rich, they can’t imagine that when the moment they got hire/rich, but enjoy the hard working life.

I would like to use the “Seadragon” to travel the world, it will be cool to see everything on the Internet. This might feel different than actually go around the world; my legs won’t be tired, but my eyes will. It also can be a great researching photo web.

It’s a new and cool technology at this time, but maybe 5 or 10 more years, Seadragon will be the old one to use. Things change over time, we never know how it’s going to be next minute.
