Julia Sweeney is a very eccentric woman who tells the tale of her awkward motherly experience of having “The Talk” with her eight year old daughter. She comes across as a very funny woman who would be one of those out there, yet honest mothers. She presents herself very well and keeps you interested in the story the entire five minutes. She explains her first encounter of having to give “the talk” with her oldest daughter Mulan.
This is a very relatable talk for people of almost all ages.
For adults, it is good humor and a time when they can flashback to their own time when it was there time to talk to there children about reproduction. For teens, it is a time to laugh at when you had your first “talk” with your parents and think about how awkward it was as well as how it was an actual challenge for their parents to give “the talk”.The talk is something all parents must deal with at one time or another. It is a serious talk that should occur ,but one can not help but to look back and laugh at the occurrence and the awkwardness.
This is a great video that I highly suggest watching. It brings a good laugh and because it is a brief five minute video, it will not take up much time out of the day.
